About

A church for people who arent sure about church.

Non-denominational, Bible-trusting, and thoroughly ordinary - built for people still working it out.

Sunday worship at Crossroads

We’re non-denominational, Bible-trusting, and thoroughly ordinary. What makes us different isn’t a belief-statement twist. It’s that we really, genuinely believe Sunday is for people who are still working it out. If you’ve got questions, bring them.

What we believe

Jesus is who he said he is. The Bible is what it says it is. Grace is real, and it’s free, and it’s more generous than you think. The church is the people, not the building.

What we care about

  • Honest preaching that takes the Bible seriously without taking itself too seriously
  • Real community in small, messy groups
  • A welcome that actually welcomes, not welcome-bombing
  • Loving our neighborhood — especially the five-block radius around our building
  • Generosity that isn’t guilt-based

Our team

Pastor Maya Okonkwo

Maya Okonkwo, Lead Pastor — planted the church, writes most of the sermons, has two kids and a dog named Bolt.

Marcus Chen, Teaching Pastor — preaches roughly a third of the year, oversees the leadership development pipeline.

Asha Patel, Director of Community — runs the Connect Groups system, which is most of what the church actually is.

David Greene, Creative Director — the music, the stage, the video, the look. If the service feels like a cohesive moment, that’s David.
